Mirabel Continues Partnership with Future Generation Australia

The Mirabel Foundation has been selected as a continuing social impact partner with Future Generation Australia.

Future Generation Australia, chaired by former Reserve Bank Governor Dr Philip Lowe, selected its ten partners following a comprehensive review - committed to focusing on early intervention programs that promote positive childhood experiences for vulnerable children aged 0-14.

Dr Lowe emphasised the moral and economic imperative of supporting children facing adversity, telling The Australian: "We have a moral and an economic responsibility to help."

Mirabel is deeply grateful to be selected, and we cannot express our gratitude enough for their generosity and commitment to supporting early invention and healing. We are humbled to be chosen alongside such an incredible collective of other social impact partners.

The funding from Future Generation directly supports our therapeutic children’s groups, educational support program and intensive youth support program, ensuring we can deliver comprehensive, trauma-informed care that addresses the unique needs of Mirabel children and their kinship carers.

The partnership represents a significant investment in early intervention approaches that prevent long-term trauma impacts and provides crucial stability for delivering consistent support to vulnerable children.
